Compound Process

Dry lamination, solvent-free lamination, extrusion coating lamination and other lamination processes are key technologies in the industrial materials field, which can flexibly adapt to different production needs. Dry lamination has strong versatility and is suitable for various substrates; solvent-free lamination is eco-friendly with no residual pollution; extrusion coating lamination is efficient and convenient with fast forming speed. These processes can strengthen the interlayer bonding force of materials, endow products with barrier, weather resistance and other properties, meet stringent standards in cable, pipeline and other fields, and realize stable large-scale mass production.

Coating Process

By precisely controlling the coating thickness and adhesion, it endows materials with special properties such as shielding, corrosion resistance, and insulation. Widely applied in products like aluminum-plastic composite films and cable shielding materials, this process can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of materials, realize large-scale mass production, and help products meet stringent industry standards.

Slitting Process

The slitting process is a core post-production procedure in aluminum-plastic product manufacturing. It is mainly used to precisely slit large rolls of substrates such as aluminum-plastic composite films and aluminum-plastic sheets into widths and lengths that meet customer requirements. This process relies on high-precision slitting equipment to strictly control cutting precision and edge flatness, avoiding defects like burrs, delamination, and uneven cross-sections. It ensures that the slit products are suitable for downstream scenarios such as cable shielding and pipeline protection, facilitating standardized batch delivery and efficient application.

We select high-strength alloy aluminum with extremely precise thickness tolerance, which ensures processing stability and finished product consistency. It combines high tensile strength with good elongation, meeting the requirements of exceptional sturdiness and resistance to repeated bending.
The product surface is clean and free of pinholes, and can be optionally equipped with corrosion-resistant coatings, antibacterial coatings, etc. It can meet the stringent requirements of various harsh industrial environments for air tightness, oil resistance and long service life.
