AL/PE Laminate Film

AL/PE Laminate Film combines the barrier properties of aluminum foil with the flexibility and heat-sealability of polyethylene (PE). This structure ensures excellent moisture-proofing, oxygen resistance, and light protection, while allowing direct heat sealing for convenient packaging.
Compared with AL/PET laminate film, AL/PE laminate film is softer, more flexible, and easier to heat-seal, making it especially suitable for pouch packaging and liquid/soft product packaging.
Due to the flexibility of AL/PE laminate film, the film is prone to leaving marks, so special care must be taken during transportation of the product. Therefore, DING HE deliberately adopted the method of hanging packaging to protect the film. Even for long-distance transportation, it can ensure that the surface of the film is very smooth.

Hanging packaging (three-in-one plywood), the outer side of the film is also wrapped with pearl cotton and wrapping film to avoid mutual squeezing and deformation of the cargo core, and effectively isolates water vapor and stains. Ensure the flatness and smoothness of the film.
