PTFE Film

High density unsintered PTFE Films are an insulating material that can be thrown in harsh environments to maintain the stability of product properties. It has the characteristics of flame retardant, weather resistance, high flexibility and insulation. Compared with Low density unsintered PTFE Films, gram weight is higher (1.60g/cm3 (±0.05g/cm3)), and cable is commonly used as wrapping material. DING HE can provide customized thickness, width, color and so on at the time of production to provide the most suitable product for each customer.Low Density Unsintered PTFE Film are an insulating material that can be thrown in harsh environments to maintain the stability of product properties. It has the characteristics of flame retardant, weather resistance, high flexibility and insulation. Gram weight in 0.70g/ cm3-0.90g /cm3 (±0.05g/cm3), commonly used cable as wrapping material, making the cable lighter and finer.DING HE can provide customized thickness, width, color and so on at the time of production to provide the most suitable product for each customer.

Application

 Aerospace, cable wrapping, insulating tape

Three in one plywood wooden pallet packaging+pearl cotton, wrapped with pearl cotton and wrapping film on the outer layer of the film. Pearl cotton can be effectively bumped during long-distance transportation, and the outermost wrapping film can effectively prevent moisture and stains from entering.
Tray+cardboard packaging (slotting film), cardboard boxes can be more aesthetically pleasing and protect the film from scratches. Wrap the outer layer of the cardboard box with wrapping film again to effectively prevent moisture and stains from entering. Ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition.
Hanging packaging (three in one plywood), the outer side of the film is also wrapped with pearl cotton and wrapping film to avoid mutual squeezing and deformation of the cargo core, and effectively isolate water vapor and stains.
