    The outer layer (PET) provides excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance.     The barrier layer (AL) offers 100% light, oxygen, and water vapor barrier, effectively preventing product oxidation and moisture absorption. 
    The reinforcing layer (PA) provides outstanding puncture, impact, and tear resistance, ensuring that the package is less prone to damage during use and is more durable, with high applicability for packaging different products. Additionally, PA also exhibits good gas barrier properties.
    The inner layer (CPP) has excellent heat-sealing performance. Compared to ordinary PE, the seal of CPP film is more secure.
    It is applicable in a wider range of fields. Common application areas include packaging of precision instruments, chemical reagents, etc., where there is a high demand for moisture and oxidation resistance.

  • AL Scrim-Reinforced PET Triplex Film is industrial laminate composed of Aluminum Foil (AL), Reinforcing Fiberglass Scrim, and Polyester Film (PET). This advanced triplex structure combines the excellent barrier and reflective properties of aluminum foil, the high tensile strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass scrim, and the durability and chemical resistance of PET film.Fiberglass scrim provides outstanding tear, ensuring mechanical durability.
    DINGHE’s AL Scrim-Reinforced PET Triplex Film offers flexible customization to meet diverse industrial requirements. Both the aluminum foil and PET layer thicknesses can be tailored, along with the density of the scrim reinforcement. In addition, roll width and length can be adjusted according to customer specifications. These customization options are part of DINGHE’s standard manufacturing service.

  • AL/PET/AL triplex film with a symmetric three-layer structure—featuring two aluminum foil (AL) layers sandwiching a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) core. 
    The dual AL layers form the film’s core barrier, delivering ultra-high resistance to oxygen, moisture, water vapor, gases, and all light (including UV).It also offers good heat resistance and boosts the film’s rigidity, fitting processes like heat sealing or lamination.
    PET film as the structural backbone between the two AL layers, PET provides strong mechanical strength, high tensile resistance, and excellent dimensional stability—preventing AL layers from wrinkling, tearing, or deforming during processing, transport, or storage.

  • PET/AL/PE Triplex Film is a high-performance composite packaging material engineered with a three-layer laminated structure, integrating the unique advantages of each component to deliver exceptional functionality for diverse industrial and packaging applications.
    The PET outer layer as the outermost protective layer, PET boasts excellent mechanical strength, high tensile resistance, and superior dimensional stability. and external impacts, while also providing good transparency and printability.
    The aluminum foil core acts as a barrier with unmatched performance. It completely blocks light (especially UV rays), oxygen, moisture, and gases, preventing product oxidation, moisture absorption, and deterioration.
    The innermost polyethylene layer has excellent heat sealing properties. PE is a commonly used heat-sealing material with a relatively low melting point. It can be melted through heating and firmly bonded to itself or other PE layers to form sealed packaging. It is non-toxic, odorless, and possesses excellent chemical resistance, ensuring it does not react with the contents. This makes the film more convenient to use, eliminating the need to apply glue again. It ensures a convenient and reliable sealing effect during the packaging process.

  • MPET/PE laminated film is a high-performance and cost-effective alternative to traditional AL/PET films. With a structure of Vacuum Metallized Polyethylene (MPET) laminated with PE, this film combines excellent barrier properties, high tensile strength, and superior durability.

    The MPET layer (12–200 μm) and PE layer (12–200 μm) can be customized according to application requirements, with roll widths available up to 1200 mm. The surface appearance of this film closely resembles aluminum foil, delivering the same metallic gloss, light-blocking performance, and premium visual effect—while significantly reducing procurement costs.

This film offers a balance of performance and affordability that makes it a preferred choice across industries.

  • PET/PE laminated film is a method for dry composite processing, where PE film and PET film are laminated together. It is commonly used in the packaging of various products. It has excellent barrier properties for water vapor, oxygen, gases, etc.

    The PET film can provide excellent stability and rigidity in the structure, while the PE film has excellent heat sealing properties and flexibility in the structure.

    DINGHE not only offers high-quality films, but also can customize additional anti-static, antibacterial and high-temperature resistant functional coatings to ensure that the films can meet the requirements of different industries.

    Based on this, to meet higher requirements (such as high-temperature sterilization, high barrier properties), other functional layers will be introduced to form a multi-layer structure, for example:

    ‌PET/AL/PE‌: An aluminum foil (AL) layer is added in the middle, which significantly enhances the ability to block oxygen, light and water vapor, and is suitable for packaging of medicines and high-temperature sterilized foods.‌

    ‌PET/VMPET/PE‌: Aluminized PET (VMPET) is used instead of the aluminum foil, maintaining good barrier properties while making the material more flexible and possibly lower in cost. It is often used in scenarios where barrier properties are required but not extremely high.‌

    PET/NY/PE‌: Nylon (NY) film is added, further enhancing the puncture resistance and toughness of the material, suitable for packaging contents with sharp edges or hardness.‌

  • FSK: This product adopts a composite structure of aluminum foil and kraft paper, and by using scrim, it adds strength and durability to the facing. It combines the excellent barrier performance and thermal stability of the aluminum foil with the strong toughness and tear resistance of the kraft paper.
    Optional 2-way/3-way scrim FSK facings enhance tensile strength and durability, even in complex installation environments. The product also boasts 4 core advantages: lightweight, high thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and long service life — reducing transportation/construction costs, cutting energy consumption, preventing moisture damage, and minimizing maintenance needs.

  • AL/PE Woven Fabric is a high-performance composite material made by laminating premium aluminum foil (7–30 μm, customizable) with durable PE woven fabric (15–150 g/m², customizable). Available in widths up to 1200 mm with custom roll options, this product is designed to meet diverse application requirements. The non-woven surface color can also be tailored to customer preferences.
    Developed with DINGHE’s proprietary lamination technology, this material features light weight, excellent breathability, and a soft touch, ensuring both comfort and durability.   • AL/Non-Woven Fabric Laminate Film is a cost-effective composite material that integrates the barrier properties of aluminum foil with the lightweight, breathable, and flexible performance of non-woven fabric.
