  • The four-layer composite film of PET/AL/PA/CPP combines four materials with distinct properties through precise technology, creating an all-round high-barrier packaging material. 
    The outer layer (PET) provides excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance. It has a high surface gloss and is easy to print, allowing for the customization of various patterns to enhance brand image. Additionally, it offers excellent dimensional stability and abrasion resistance, protecting packaged goods from scratches during distribution.
    The barrier layer (AL) offers 100% light, oxygen, and water vapor barrier, effectively preventing product oxidation and moisture absorption. 
    The reinforcing layer (PA) provides outstanding puncture, impact, and tear resistance, ensuring that the package is less prone to damage during use and is more durable, with high applicability for packaging different products. Additionally, PA also exhibits good gas barrier properties.
    The inner layer (CPP) has excellent heat-sealing performance. Compared to ordinary PE, the seal of CPP film is more secure.
    It is applicable in a wider range of fields. Common application areas include packaging of precision instruments, chemical reagents, etc., where there is a high demand for moisture and oxidation resistance.

  • DINGHE AL/PET/VMPET Triplex Film is a high-barrier, multi-functional laminate designed for demanding industrial insulation and protective applications. It consists of Aluminum Foil (AL), Polyester Film (PET), and Vacuum Metallized PET (VMPET). This advanced structure combines the superior moisture and light barrier performance of aluminum with the mechanical strength and flexibility of PET, further enhanced by the reflectivity and aesthetic finish of the VMPET layer.
    In addition, according to customer requirements, surface treatment can also be carried out, such as:Corona-treated or primer-coated for improved adhesion.Typical application fields: Industrial and architectural insulation materials, composite laminated sheets used in construction and energy-saving materials.

  • AL Scrim-Reinforced PET Triplex Film is industrial laminate composed of Aluminum Foil (AL), Reinforcing Fiberglass Scrim, and Polyester Film (PET). This advanced triplex structure combines the excellent barrier and reflective properties of aluminum foil, the high tensile strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass scrim, and the durability and chemical resistance of PET film.Fiberglass scrim provides outstanding tear, ensuring mechanical durability.
    DINGHE’s AL Scrim-Reinforced PET Triplex Film offers flexible customization to meet diverse industrial requirements. Both the aluminum foil and PET layer thicknesses can be tailored, along with the density of the scrim reinforcement. In addition, roll width and length can be adjusted according to customer specifications. These customization options are part of DINGHE’s standard manufacturing service.

  • This advanced three-layer structure integrates the barrier and reflective properties of aluminum foil, the mechanical strength and durability of PET, and the excellent adhesion and heat-sealability of EMAA.The EMAA layer provides exceptional bonding strength to various substrates, including foam, metal, and polymer surfaces.Aluminum layer effectively blocks moisture, oxygen.The common specific applications include: protective layer and anti-condensation layer in pipeline insulation materials, laminated materials for packaging and sealing structures, and wrapping materials inside cables.

  • PET/AL/PET Triplex Film is multilayer laminate composed of Polyester (PET) / Aluminum Foil (AL) / Polyester (PET).
    This unique three-layer structure combines the mechanical strength and heat resistance of PET with the excellent barrier properties of aluminum foil, resulting in a durable and reliable film suitable for demanding industrial, insulation, and packaging applications, such as:Thermal insulation materials for buildings and HVAC systems, High-barrier flexible packaging, Protective wrapping and reflective insulation materials.

  • AL/PET/AL triplex film with a symmetric three-layer structure—featuring two aluminum foil (AL) layers sandwiching a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) core. 
    The dual AL layers form the film’s core barrier, delivering ultra-high resistance to oxygen, moisture, water vapor, gases, and all light (including UV).It also offers good heat resistance and boosts the film’s rigidity, fitting processes like heat sealing or lamination.
    PET film as the structural backbone between the two AL layers, PET provides strong mechanical strength, high tensile resistance, and excellent dimensional stability—preventing AL layers from wrinkling, tearing, or deforming during processing, transport, or storage.
    DINGHE allows customization of each layer thickness and product width to suit cable shielding materials, the production of aluminum foil flexible ducts, and high-grade industrial packaging.

  • PET/AL/PE Triplex Film is a high-performance composite packaging material engineered with a three-layer laminated structure, integrating the unique advantages of each component to deliver exceptional functionality for diverse industrial and packaging applications.
    The PET outer layer as the outermost protective layer, PET boasts excellent mechanical strength, high tensile resistance, and superior dimensional stability. and external impacts, while also providing good transparency and printability.
    The aluminum foil core acts as a barrier with unmatched performance. It completely blocks light (especially UV rays), oxygen, moisture, and gases, preventing product oxidation, moisture absorption, and deterioration.
    The innermost polyethylene layer has excellent heat sealing properties. PE is a commonly used heat-sealing material with a relatively low melting point. It can be melted through heating and firmly bonded to itself or other PE layers to form sealed packaging. It is non-toxic, odorless, and possesses excellent chemical resistance, ensuring it does not react with the contents. This makes the film more convenient to use, eliminating the need to apply glue again. It ensures a convenient and reliable sealing effect during the packaging process.
