Solar Power Utilization
More than 60% of DING HE’s electricity comes from solar energy, significantly reducing reliance on fossil fuels and cutting greenhouse gas emissions. Clean and renewable power makes our production greener, more efficient, and aligned with low-carbon development.
RTO Exhaust & Energy Recovery
We use an advanced RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) system with VOC removal efficiency above 99%.
The system recovers over 95% of thermal energy and redirects it to our ovens, reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions while achieving both “exhaust purification + energy recycling.”
Solvent-free Lamination
Our production is transitioning to solvent-free lamination, enabling true green manufacturing:
*Zero VOC emissions, eliminating exhaust issues at the source;
*Compliance with international environmental standards, including strict EU VOC regulations—an advantage for entering high-end markets.
Recycling of Scrap Materials
All scrap and offcuts generated during production are systematically collected and sent to certified recycling partners.
For example, aluminum-plastic film can be separated through specialized processes to recover clean aluminum flakes and plastic film, which are reused in aluminum castings and energy-saving building materials—supporting circular resource utilization.
