This September, Hangzhou Ding He Aluminum Foil and Plastic Products Co., Ltd. will be on the show floor at ENGINEER & MARVEX 2026, ASEAN's key engineering and HVAC&R exhibition for the built environment. The show runs 22–25 September 2026, 10AM to 6PM, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and you will find our team at Booth 2Y278.
The event is jointly organised by The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM), the Malaysian Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Association (MACRA) and C.I.S Network, and it pulls together three pillars under one roof: mechanical and electrical, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation and refrigeration, and data centre infrastructure. That mix is exactly why we booked a stand. Duct fabricators, insulation converters and cable makers rarely walk the same hall at the same time, and our materials sit behind all three.
Malaysia's construction and data centre pipeline has kept ASEAN buyers busy, and most of the enquiries reaching us from the region now come with a specification sheet attached rather than a general price request. Four days in Kuala Lumpur gives us the chance to work through those specifications face to face.
We are bringing material, not just literature. Laminate film is difficult to judge from a photograph — hand feel, foil pinhole level, lay-flat behaviour and bond strength are things you want between your fingers. Stop by for:
If you already have a drawing or a failed sample from another supplier, bring it. That tends to be the fastest starting point.
Our catalogue is broad, so here is the short version of what maps to what on this particular show floor. The full range sits under our HVAC ducting and thermal insulation solution pages.
| Material | Where It Gets Used |
|---|---|
| AL/PET laminate film | Flexible duct jacketing and vapour barrier facing |
| VMPET film | Metallized duct wrap and reflective insulation facing |
| Aluminum foil fiberglass fabric | Reinforced jacketing for insulated duct and pipework |
| AL/scrim/PET triplex film | High tear-strength facing for duct board and roof insulation |
| Aluminum strip | Base stock for duct sealing tape |
| AL/PET shielding tape | Cable shielding for data, control and communication cable |
With the data centre infrastructure pillar and its co-located showcase running alongside MARVEX this year, we expect the shielding side of the table to draw as much attention as the ducting side.
Ding He has been laminating aluminum foil since 2001. Today that means roughly 150 staff, a 10,000 m² plant and over 10,000 tons of annual output, with about half of it exported to customers in more than 20 countries. Volume alone is not the point — it is what lets us quote realistic lead times on repeat orders instead of stretching a line that is already full.
We run dry lamination, solvent-free lamination and extrusion coating lamination side by side. Having all three in-house means we can match a customer's performance target with the process that actually suits it, rather than pushing whatever the plant happens to be tooled for. Our senior R&D team averages more than ten years in the industry, and both the UL-certified flame-retardant foil and the SGS-certified antibacterial foil came out of specific customer requirements rather than a product roadmap.
On the environmental side, our RTO combustion system holds VOC treatment efficiency at 99% or above and cuts over 1,000 kilograms of emissions a year. For buyers working on green-rated buildings in the region, that documentation travels with the material.

Four days sounds long until the hall fills up. If you want unhurried time with our technical staff — to go through a specification, review a competing sample or discuss a trial order — message us ahead of the show through our contact page and we will hold a slot for you.
